Romanian Modular Warehousing Center
In 2023, Cocohut supported an outdoor self-service storage project in Bucharest, Romania, providing 44 modular storage units for medium and large outdoor warehousing applications.
The customer needed a flexible storage facility for both urban residents and small business users. Cocohut completed production within 7 days, and the full installation was finished within 10 days, helping the customer quickly put the project into operation.
Each unit was equipped with standardized double doors, an independent door lock, and external lighting, providing convenient access, better privacy, and safer daily use.
For individual and family users, the storage units can be used for furniture storage during renovation, moving transitions, seasonal items, sports equipment, and unused household goods. For small businesses, e-commerce sellers, and construction teams, they provide practical space for inventory, office files, tools, and building materials.
The single-story Drive-up design allows vehicles to reach the front of each unit directly, making loading and unloading easier, especially for heavy goods. Independent locks protect user privacy, while fire extinguishers and other safety facilities support commercial warehousing requirements.
