The Two-Layer Modern Capsule House redefines large-size modular glamping housing by adopting independent double-layer stacked structure and all-in-one smart home control system. Different from single-layer small capsule units, this two-storey model separates quiet sleeping zones and open living areas on upper and lower floors respectively, equipped with independent outdoor balcony and panoramic floor-to-ceiling glass to maximize natural lighting and landscape view. Every Two-Layer Modern Capsule House finishes full assembly, wiring and interior fitting in factory, only needing flat hardened foundation and lifting equipment for on-site hoisting, with zero complicated secondary decoration work required after delivery.

This double-deck capsule unit is built with thick galvanized steel frame and fluorocarbon aluminum shell, filled with multi-layer thermal insulation and moisture-proof boards to resist extreme high temperature, heavy snow and typhoon weather globally. The complete supporting systems include fresh air circulation, constant temperature air conditioning, independent hot water supply and separated dry-wet bathroom, while multi-scene intelligent control panel supports voice, touch and remote curtain/light adjustment. With total area reaching 82㎡, the layout contains multiple bedrooms, a spacious living room, independent toilet and dining space, perfectly satisfying family vacation, group travel and resort guest demands. Full customized service covers exterior color, interior furnishing, smart equipment configuration and balcony layout, with over 1000 matching schemes available for different scenic styles.

Zero-formaldehyde aluminum wall panels and stone grain SPC flooring are used throughout. Standard configuration includes dry-wet separated bathroom, brand sanitary ware, independent shower room, hanging storage rack, whole-house fresh air system and cold & hot air conditioner; optional wardrobe, sofa and dining furniture can be matched freely.

Complete production flow includes frame welding, internal assembly, fireproof board installation, shell foaming treatment, interior decoration and intelligent debugging. All electrical pipelines and water circuits are pre-laid in workshop, greatly shortening on-site construction cycle.

Product Hoisting

After the transport vehicle arrives at the local area, it needs to be hoisted and lowered using a large crane. After the product arrives at the project site, the corresponding lifting equipment, lifting position and tonnage data should be provided based on the actual conditions on site

Factory Shipping

After the products are packaged, they are transported by large flatbed trucks.Strict safety protection measures will be taken when products are transported from the factory to the camp to ensure safety and stability during transportation. After arriving at project site, use crane for integral hoisting and placement; only stable flat ground is required without concrete pouring.
