Canada Capsule House Resort Project
Project Highlights
This project includes 120 capsule houses for a scenic resort in Canada. The units feature a modern exterior, large panoramic windows and complete indoor living spaces.
To better suit the cold and snowy environment, the project uses 150 mm thick insulated panels to improve thermal performance and indoor comfort.
Project Introduction
The 120 capsule houses were produced within 90 days and installed on site in about 60 days.
The interiors are designed for resort accommodation and can include bedrooms, private bathrooms, kitchens, dining areas and living spaces. Large windows help bring in natural light and connect the indoor space with the surrounding scenery.
The modular design reduces on-site construction work and is suitable for scenic areas, mountain resorts, holiday parks and glamping projects.
Core Competency Demonstration
This project shows our ability to handle large-scale capsule house orders and provide complete resort accommodation solutions.
Besides the house itself, we can also provide optional solar PV systems, energy storage systems and commercial water treatment solutions according to the project site and customer requirements.
